Butter Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice

This recipe is courtesy my dear friend Sheetal Kotha! 

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp 
  • Butter
  • Garlic pods - finely chopped 
  • Eggs - 2 / 3 
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Soya Sauce 
  • Turmeric
  • Green Chillies
  • Chillie sauce 
Method:
  1. Scramble eggs and keep aside
  2. Cook rice and keep aside
  3. Heat butter and add the garlic and green chillies
  4. Fry until garlic is golden brown
  5. To this add the shrimp and let it cook
  6. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric and follow it up with soya sauce and chillie sauce
  7. Fry this mixture for a minute or two
  8. Now add the scrambled eggs and cooked rice
  9. Mix well.. add additional salt and pepper as required 
  10. Voila! Its all done!! ready to eat! 

PS: you can also add additional sauces or garlic powder as per your liking!
