Ingredients:
PS: you can also add additional sauces or garlic powder as per your liking!
Ingredients:
- Shrimp
- Butter
- Garlic pods - finely chopped
- Eggs - 2 / 3
- Salt and Pepper
- Soya Sauce
- Turmeric
- Green Chillies
- Chillie sauce
- Scramble eggs and keep aside
- Cook rice and keep aside
- Heat butter and add the garlic and green chillies
- Fry until garlic is golden brown
- To this add the shrimp and let it cook
- Add salt and a pinch of turmeric and follow it up with soya sauce and chillie sauce
- Fry this mixture for a minute or two
- Now add the scrambled eggs and cooked rice
- Mix well.. add additional salt and pepper as required
- Voila! Its all done!! ready to eat!
