This recipe I found on an instagram post. I do not remember which one :(. Its simple and healthy and yumm!

- Boneless Chicken
- Tomato Puree
- Coriander leaves - chopped
- Dried fenugreek leaves or any other
- Salt and Pepper
- Chilli Flakes
- Coriander powder
- Paprika
- Lemon Juice
- Olive oil
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 30 mins or more
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and stir fry for a few mins (I added more tomato puree so did not add any water - you could use less puree and add very little water)
- Cover with the lid and let it cook for about 15-20 mins on low heat
- You can serve it with roti or rice or just eat it by itself!
